Professional Program in Mussy Sur Seine, France:Drawing in France - Professional Program

Our professional program is a 10-day experience. In the summer of 2015, classes will begin on Tuesday, July 21st and conclude on Friday, July 31st. Participants will meet representatives of the program at a designated location at Charles de Gaulle airport on first day of the program and will be delivered back to the airport on the last day of
the session. Adult participants are also welcome to arrive/depart at the chateau directly on the first/last day if airport transportation is not needed.

We do not currently have a 2016 Professional Program planned, but if you’re interested, please contact us. We could be convinced.

Tuition and Enrollment

Enrollment is limited to 12 students per program. Registration materials are due by December 1, 2014. Once you have been notified of enrollment, a $500 deposit will be due by January 10, 2015 to confirm your status as a participant. A waiting list will be compiled based on receipt of applications and deposits. If deposits are not received on time,
students on the waiting list will be given the opportunity to enroll and submit a deposit. The deposit for waiting list students is due on February 1st, 2015. Professional tuition is 3,200 US dollars. This figure includes room and board, entry fees for planned museums/activities, as well as all materials, use of studios and equipment, and fresh bed linens, towels and laundry service. It does not include airfare.

Payment is due in full by February 15th, 2015. Payments can be made by check or money order, addressed to L’Atelier au Chateau. International wires and PayPal payments are
also accepted.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given if a request is received by director Elizabeth Jacquet, in writing, by March 15th, 2015 minus an administrative fee of $500. No refunds are given
for cancellation requests received after this date. Once the program has started, no refunds are granted for early voluntary withdrawal, absences or behavioral dismissals
(decisions which are at the sole discretion of L’Atelier au Chateau). In the event that the session is cancelled by L’Atelier au Chateau for whatever reason, all fees will be
refunded.

Medical Insurance

Medical insurance is not included in the program fee. All participants must have medical insurance prior to their arrival in France/Italy. Medical vaccinations are not
required for entry into France/Italy, however it is recommended that all students and parents check with CDC Regulations at cdc.gov/travel/destinations/list and make
themselves aware of potential health risks. Please contact us with any questions.
